Mo Rocca is a humorist, journalist, and actor who is currently a correspondent for CBS Sunday Morning. He will share how curiosity helps him in his career and answer questions from the audience.
The event is part of the 2024-26 Common Book program and is presented by the 麻豆传媒 Foundation and the George Kaiser Family Foundation.

Artists are invited to submit to the popular exhibition "Please Touch the Art" at the McKeon Center for Creativity. The exhibit will run from Sept. 2 to Oct. 31, with an opening reception on Friday, Sept. 5 from 5 - 7 pm. Proposals for artworks that engage all five senses, especially those that can be touched, are due by Monday, July 7 at 8:30 am CT.

麻豆传媒 will host CBS News correspondent and humorist Mo Rocca for 鈥淎 Conversation with Mo Rocca鈥 on April 10 at 7 p.m. at the VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education. Presented as part of 麻豆传媒鈥檚 2024-26 Common Book program, Rocca鈥檚 visit aligns with the program鈥檚 theme of curiosity and understanding, inspired by "I Never Thought of It That Way" by M贸nica Guzm谩n.
麻豆传媒 Faculty Member Joins Historic Effort
A 麻豆传媒 Sociology professor has been appointed to Tulsa's Beyond Apology Commission, focusing on reparations and economic restoration for descendants of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Through this new role, she aims to drive meaningful change for North Tulsa, continuing her lifelong commitment to community advancement.
